We’re open 5 days a week (Monday to Friday), except on public holidays

Parents are not allowed to bring in a sick child to Play and Learn preschool. Children with fever, cough, vomiting, diarrhoea or conjunctivitis should stay at home until their symptoms subsides.

ADMINISTRATION OF FIRST AID

I give permission to the staff members of PLAY AND LEARN to administer first aid for any injury or illness during classroom activities. I am also aware that my child will be transported by ambulance for emergency treatment if deemed necessary by staff members. Parents will be contacted immediately.

***POTTY TRAINING FOR CHILDREN STARTS AT 18 MONTHS TO AGE 3 YEARS. PARENTS WITH CHILDREN WITHIN THIS AGE BRACKET THAT ARE NOT YET POTTY TRAINED BEFORE STARTING PLAY AND LEARN WOULD BE REQUIRED TO BRING IN PULL UPS AND POTTY DURING THIS PERIOD TO MAKE POTTY TRAINING EFFECTIVE. PARENTS MUST ALSO ENSURE THEIR CHILD/CHILDREN ARE USING POTTY AT HOME AS WELL.

PLEASE NOTE: DIAPERS ARE NOT ALLOWED FOR THIS AGE GROUP.

FEE PER DAY

7:00-2:00pm: N7,500.00
2:00-6:00pm: N7,500. 00
7:00-6:00pm: N15,000.00

Accordingly, Play and Learn is hereby instructed to release my child/children into the care of any of following people whenever they come in for child/children pickup.

AUTHORIZED PICK UP PERSON(S)



understand that Parents MUST inform Play and Learn Administrative staff prior (with a written note dated and signed) of the name of the designated person picking up their child on any day they are not available.

The Authorized pick up person MUST SHOW A VALID I.D CARD ISSUED BY PLAY AND LEARN TO THE STAFF ON DUTY

Parents MUST submit two (2) passport pictures of ALL AUTHORIZED PICK UP PERSON(S) as at the time the form is filled and returned.

Failure to adhere to the above means that Play and Learn WILL NOT RELEASE OUR CHILD TO ANYONE OTHER THAN ME /US THE PRINCIPAL PARENT.

LATE PICK UP CHARGES WILL BE PAID BY ME/US WHERE OUR CHILD HAS STAYED BEYOND CLOSING HOURS.
